Anyone… Whether you are a novice who wants to learn more about Kinesiology, or an existing practitioner looking to add to your existing skill set – this course is ideal place to start.
Learning Kinesiology at foundation level is perfect for those wanting to help improve the health of themselves, friends, or family using a non-invasive holistic treatment.
For practitioners in other fields of health care, the benefit of gaining this certification is that not only can you help your clients even more by adding kinesiology to your skills set but also the course qualifies for CPD.
The skills and training you receive as part of the course will enable you to immediately utilise these techniques in your life. And, you will continue to reap the benefits for years to come – even if you do not do any further training! You may choose to go on and learn more by enrolling for Practitioner Training to become a fully qualified Kinesiology Practitioner.
What can you expect from a Kinesiology course?
The beginner’s Kinesiology course is made up of 6 modules, each module is taught over two days per month.

The course is a mixture of theory, hands on practical learning and case studies which are completed outside of class. You will not only learn the theory behind Kinesiology but will practice your new skills on classmates and friends and family as part of the homework.
The course covers the basics of muscle testing and emotional stress releasing techniques which form the bread and butter of any Kinesiologist’s treatment plan.
- Muscle testing for food imbalances and sensitivities
- Assessment on whether ailments are the results of a physical, structural or emotional imbalance and how to provide the support the body needs to regain balance and improve health.
- Work with meridian energies to balance health

On completion of the 12 day course plus all homework and case studies students are awarded:
Certificate of Systematic Kinesiology Balances Health Levels 1 to 6
Accredited by The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology
Costs to enrol and payment information
Total cost for the course, including a text book, magnet, laser pen and nutritional testing kit is £1,250.
To secure your booking, pay a £350 deposit. The remaining balance is paid in £150 installments at each level.
