Good News regarding food!

I recently attended a CPD Workshop on digestion and  learnt of developments regarding food sensitivities.

It is thought that by taking a specific probiotic tailored to your specific needs tested using kinesiology over time your body will the be less intolerant to foods, initially the foods will need to be avoided but after taking a course of probiotics the foods can slowly be reintroduced.  How great would it be to eat wheat  occasionally and have that bloated feeling!
