Healthy Breakfast Juice

A Client shared this juice recipe with me for those who like a tasty breakfast juice this is a tasty recipe.

Let me know what you think and please share any tasty recipes you have enjoyed.

A handful of blueberries and blackberries

3-4 average sized strawberries, approx.

1/3 of an average sized mango

a dessert spoonful of fat free vanilla yoghurt

water to cover all ingredients

small handful of goji berries and pumpkin seeds for added fibre.

Put all ingredients in juicer or blender and blitz.  Done enjoy !
