How much water do you drink?

Our bodies are mainly water so it make sense that we need to drink plenty of water daily to keep our body working properly.  Our bodies are good at sending the water to where it is needed BUT over time those areas which are short of water will begin to struggle and health problems could start.   To avoid this we need to drink 2 litres of pure water per day. Those who drink several cups of tea and coffee will need to drink even more !  Replace those teas and coffees with fruit teas or lemon tea. Let me know your thoughts and ideas of how you ensure your body is fully hydrated…
